been spending time with Dad more often than ever. i love his cooking, and the places he brings me to eat. trust me when i say he knows where to eat. i guess that's what 40 years of being in F&B does to you.

Dinner with Dad, Uncle Anthony, Auntie Vivian and Chester, the Maltese that loves spaghetti and papaya:
"Shriaz wines displays firm tannins (although they are typically ripe and smooth, not abrasive like younger reds can be), a medium to full body, and the rich round flavors of black cherry, blackberry, plum, bell pepper, black pepper, clove, licorice, dark chocolate and smoked meat" 

 Compliments the beef salad and seafood pasta with tomato sauce perfectly :) 
looks familiar? yes i posted the exact same salad beef dish: here. can't get enough of Dad's deliciously cooked beef! should totally get cooking lessons from him soon!
