homemade garlic herb pesto pasta with prawns

celebrated my birthday over lunch at au chocolat, marina bay sands with marco. he surprised me with a birthday balloon at my door step something i never had expected. he then swept me further with a bouquet of roses when we got into the car. my heart melted over and over again that afternoon. awww. lunch at ac was near perfection. the ambience, the lighting, the food. oh my god the food! the pasta i had was one of the best i ever tasted. wished my tummy had room for second serving, was whining to marc that the ratio of tiger prawns was more than linguine. well imagine that. definitely can't wait to head back for more! the truffle fries, boeuf bourguignon.....may my pockets be blessed and burnt
