its been awhile since marc and i had proper brunch together. we both didn't sleep well the night before, because we had to keep an eye on our poodles. so we decided to grab a quick brunch nearby before hitting the sheets for the rest of the afternoon. sleeping with 3 poodles wasn't exactly lovely as i thought it would be. i still can't get over the fact that rover wants to play at 3 in the morning -_-
as club street social was near my place, we decided to head there for brunch + to find out if the raves about it was as good as it sounds in the reviews. well, personally i thought it was okay. maybe a 3.5/5 place. kinda find the panini a bummer :( cos the bread was too dry for my liking apart from that, the ham and cheese in it was salty yummy. i do agree that the french toasts good (comparable to the ones i've tried at marmalade pantry, see post here) and yes to the superb interior deco. bricks. tiles. wood. not to mention the great staffs they have there!
